Mubarak A. Rahman Al Quoud

Chairman

Mr. Mubarak Al Quoud is the Chairman of the Board who has more than 15 years of experience of financial and audit; he is currently the Head of Accounts of Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS). Mr. Mubarak Al Quoud holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Kuwait University, Certified Global Investment Analyst (CIDA) and Certified Investment and Derivatives Auditor (CGIA). Currently, he is a board member of Al Wethaq Takaful Insurance Company – Kuwait.

Amr Ali Abou Elseoud

Deputy Chairman

Mr. Amr Abou Elseoud is the Deputy Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of Al Dar Capital Company and the Chief Executive Officer of The Investment Dar Company (TID) – Kuwait. He has over 20 years’ experience in the investment industry and a deep understanding of the finance and luxury automotive industry. Mr. Amr Ali Abou Elseoud is the Chairman of Tejara Capital Limited in the United Kingdom and Dubai - UAE, the Chairman of Credit Rating & Collection (CRC) in Abu Dhabi – UAE, a Board member in Majoral Company and Manazel Real Estate Developments Company in Egypt.

Abdulla Meshari Al Homaidhi

Deputy Chairman

Mr. Abdulla Meshari Al Homaidhi is the Deputy Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of Al Dar Capital Company. A professional with over 40 years experience. Mr. Al Homaidhi is the Chief Executive Officer of The Investment Dar Company - Kuwait (Parent Company) who has contributed effectively in developing plans, strategies and visions leading the development and growth of the parent company. He is currently the Chairman of Credit Rating & Collection, Vice Chairman of Wethaq Takaful Insurance Company in Kuwait and Credit Rating & Collection in UAE, a board member of Wethaq Takaful Insurance Company in Egypt and the Chairman of International Integrated Educational Learning Services in Kuwait.

Isa Yousif Al Shamlan

Board Member

Mr. Isa Yousif Al Shamlan is a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Al Dar Capital Company. He is currently the Central Purchasing Manager of Efad Holding Company – Kuwait. He has an overall experience in Investment & Asset Management, trading and contacting. Mr. Isa Yousif Al Shamlan is a board member of Adeem Investment & Wealth Management Company, Kuwait Retro Rapid Transport in Kuwait and Meamar Real Estate Development in Egypt.

Abdulla Mohammed Attallah Zidan

Board Member

Mr. Abdulla Zidan is the head of the Audit & Compliance Committee and a member of the Board of Directors. He has a Bachelor Degree of Commerce and a Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from California Board of Accountancy – California, United States. Mr. Abdulla Zidan has robust experience in accounting, finance, investment, business valuations, analyzing & developing financial models & projects.

Ibrahim Abbas Sukhi

Board Member

Mr. Ibrahim A. Al-Sukhi is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He has an overall experience in the financial industry, legal, Shari’a and credit rating. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and Shari’a from University of Kuwait. He is currently the Vice Chairman and CEO of Credit Rating & Collection (CRC) – Kuwait, a board member of Credit Rating & Collection (CRC) – Abu Dhabi and the Chairman of Wethaq Takaful Insurance – Kuwait.

Mohammed Ibrahim Al Hammadi

Board Member

Mr. Mohammed Al Hammadi is the head of the Audit Committee and a member of the board of directors. He was the founder and ex- Executive Officer of Investrade Company. Mohammed Al Hammadi has an overall financial industry experience of nearly 35 years and has robust experience in the administration, monitoring, negotiation and investment of variety of investment products and commodities. His other board memberships include; Gulf Africa Livestock Company, Radiant Energies and Bahrain Football Association in Bahrain and Signoma International Engineering in China.

Yousif Mohammed Al Thawadi

Board Member

Mr. Yousif Al Thawadi is a member of the board of directors and the Audit Committee. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience with specific focus on investment placement and client relationships in investment banking firms in the Middle East. A diversified exposure to banking in areas covering retail, treasury, capital markets, private equity, compliance and money laundering. Currently, he is a board member of AFAQ Institute of Aviation Technology.

Mohammed A. Rahman Al Mutaweh

Board Member

Mr. Mohammed A. Rahman Al Mutaweh is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Al Dar Capital Company. He holds a doctor in Business Administration from Liberty International University, a master degree in Business Administration from University of Glamorgan and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He has an overall financial industry experience in the field of international and Islamic banking, trading and treasury and asset management. Mr. Mohamed Al Muatweh chairs the boards of Darco Real Estate Company.

Mr. Hussam Ammar is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He has an overall experience in the financial industry, accounting, investment, restructuring plans & project management and business strategies. Mr. Hussam Ammar is currently the Executive Vice President of The Investment Dar Company (TID) – Kuwait and the Chairman of Dasman Project Holding Company, Dasman Gulf Holding and The Investment Dar Holding Company in Kuwait.

Mr. Rashid Taqi was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Al Dar Capital Company in 2011. He has more than 21 years experience in banking supervision and investment banking financial affairs, obtained through working in various financial institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Central Bank of Bahrain. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) and holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting & Finance from University of Bahrain.
